This page explains what we collect on selfmademafia.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to have it removed. We keep it short and specific to what this site actually does.
Who we are
Self Made Mafia Promotions, Houston, Texas. For any question about your data, email bookings@selfmademafia.com.
What we collect
Your email address — only if you submit the signup form. We use it to send you presale and event news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your phone number — only if you choose to give one; the field is optional. We store it so we can contact you about tickets and event logistics. We do not send marketing texts.
Analytics data — pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. This is measurement, not profiling.
We do not collect payment details on this site. Ticket purchases happen on Ticket Tailor, and we never see your card information.
Consent
Joining the mailing list is double opt-in: after you submit the form we email you a confirmation link, and you are only added once you click it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy. Once you click through to Ticket Tailor to buy a ticket, their policy governs that transaction, not this one.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise returning visits and measure where traffic comes from. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker; the site works normally either way.
How long we keep it
Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained on the providers' standard schedules.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — use the link in any email we send.
- See what we hold — email us and we will tell you.
- Delete it — email us and we will remove you from the list.
- Correct it — email us and we will fix it.
Email bookings@selfmademafia.com for any of these. We do not charge for it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top.
